Together we can build a strong network called Model European Parliament.
In order to build this network we will proceed very simply by following the steps :
1.you have to register your educational organization (NGO or high school/school)
2.you have to select 3 young people who will be the presidency of the General Assembly and a number of committee chairpersons according to the number of participants in the Model European Parliament session so that in a committee there will be a number of 5 to 15 participants per committee, each representing one country.
3.you have to select delegations and for each delegation a head of delegation who will lead that delegation during the session.
4.you need to have rooms (can be classrooms) for committee work, a bigger room for the General Assembly, a room for the Cultural Evening and a space for lobbying.
5.you have to identify the logistical means to print (badges, diplomas, resolutions made by the young people, banners with the flags of the countries that the young people represent, red banners, etc.) the flags of the participating countries in small format.
6.you need to find ways for young people to have meals / accommodation and transport from the committees to the general assembly or other points of interest in the programme (if applicable )
7.we can plan together the Model European Parliament session and we will take care of the training of the young people in charge as general assembly chairs and committee chairs.
After these first steps the young people will learn how to organise and work together for many years after their initial training, even after the end of their studies.
